Claire Fontaine

Claire looks after Big Sur, a coastline she photographs on weekdays and sells on weekends — in that order, she insists. She trained as an architect before switching to sales, and reads a structural survey the way others read a novel.

Most of her instructions arrive by referral from previous sellers. She has never listed one of her houses on a portal.
